14-day return (unused items)

You may request a return within 14 days if the watch is unused, undamaged, and in like-new condition.

• Unworn, no scratches/marks, no signs of use
• All accessories + original box/packaging included
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

14-DAY Dead-on-Arrival Protection

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it for you free of charge:

• Free return shipping, we will cover the shipping costs.
• Immediate replacement with a brand new product.
• Alternative resolutions may apply (see Refund Policy)

Return Process

The purchase was made on the fake-watches.to website, and the return request was initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
• 1. Contact customer service and wait for their reply.
• 2. Please provide your order number and a brief description (photos/videos are recommended).
• 3. Please return the watch along with all accessories and original packaging.
• Note: Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
