Ordering & Payment

Orders can be changed or canceled after placement but before Quality Control (QC) begins. Once QC is complete or the order has been shipped, you will need to contact customer service. If the order has already been shipped, some shipping costs may apply.

We accept multiple secure payment methods. 1.Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) are supported. 2.Bank wire transfers and cryptocurrency payments (USDT / BTC / ETH) receive a 10% discount. 3.PayPal is available for returning customers or in special cases only.

After ordering, we source the item, complete QC, and then ship the confirmed item.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your destination and the delivery method you choose. (Please note that processing time, customs inspections, or carrier delays can sometimes affect delivery time.)
Yes. Tracking is provided once the order ships.

Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday,or Chinese New Year. During these periods, a delay of 5–10 days is considered normal. Outside of peak seasons, if tracking shows no movement for three consecutive days,our logistics team will follow up with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost or seized during transit, We will offer you a reshipment or a full refund.

Yes. We provide free warranty service for up to two years. After that, we continue to offer lifetime after-sales support for maintenance and repairs.

Quality Control & Products

Yes. QC photos (and videos when applicable) are provided before shipping.
We check appearance, functions, alignment, and overall condition.
Yes. The item shown in QC is the exact item that will be shipped.
Minor differences may occur between batches. We select stable versions and avoid problematic ones.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Yes. Eligible returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds are issued after review and approval and are returned to the original payment method. (For detailed conditions and timelines, please refer to our Refund Policy.)

Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible orders and subject to availability.
If the exchange involves a different model or grade, a price difference may apply. Any difference will be confirmed before processing.
